Pleased Again with Safavieh Rugs!!

We've bought three Safavieh rugs (one of them is a huge area rug that covers our living room). We love all of them. Safavieh rugs are of great quality! This runner rug we just bought is even more attractive in person than it looked online. It's a short yet plush pile, feels like Heaven on your feet, and adds color and an extra touch of decor. These rugs can be spot cleaned with some "Resolve" and a warm washcloth, or steam cleaned if they're large. We have a dog and she drags in dirt and and rolls around on the rugs, but a quick vacuum easily picks up the dirt and dust from our Safavieh rugs.

Great Quality Carpet at a Great Price!

After spending time looking for the "right" six-foot runner for a decent price, I was quite happy to find the Safavieh carpeting. The quality appears to be quite high. The pile is short but soft and comfortable to walk on. I like the subtle design which makes the carpet more interesting than a solid colored carpet. The aqua color is quite rich and is accurately represented in the Amazon listing. The three runners I ordered were shipped individually rolled in plastic. The rugs unrolled easily and laid flat within a couple of hours. Although the underside of the carpet is not rubberized, it does not move significantly on my wooden floors. Obviously a pad or carpet tape could be used if needed. I don't foresee any problems with keeping the runners clean, since they are made out of polypropylene and polyester. Despite being made or manmade fibers, I haven't noticed any significant off-gassing. This carpeting is made in Turkey which has a long history of rug-making. Very happy with my purchase!

Just the right size and VERY comfortable

This rug is amazing! I love the color as it goes with my color theme. I'm using it in the bedroom in front of my closet that runs the entire wall. I bought it for my cat who has one of her scratch pads and toys on it and... she loves to lay on it. Laying her scratch pad on the tile floor didn't work well. Everytime she went to use it, it shifted on the floor. It's very soft. It's not only very functional for our needs, but looks beautiful.

Beautiful rug! So plush and soft (which is great but I imagine it won’t wear well). I ordered aqua and it’s darker than pictured. If you aren’t trying to match something go for it- it’s beautiful. If you need to match aqua- this won’t do it.Also to note: there is no non-slip grip on this rug.

Not the quality I expected

This is not the high quality I expected from Safavieh--I've gotten a number of their rugs in the past. This one is very thin and when you step on it, you leave footprints in the pile so the color changes and it looks messy. And it's more striped than ombre. Returning it.
