Natural, non toxic, charming runner

I love the color and how cheerful it is. It appears as a cream color with some slight variations of the fibers ie grays and light browns that is very subtle. It helps give it an interesting and natural look! The down side is that I know with pets it may be difficult to take care of any potential stain on it. I felt the darker color may be too dark in a hallway so went with the lighter color. For purchasing a jute rug I did not think it would be this soft and cushy! Puppy approved! This is located in a low traffic area where we do not wear shoes and where the dogs can hang out in between room. They seem to love it! I would not put this in a high traffic area as it is soft. With the Karistan/Mohawk 2 sided rug pad the rug easily stays in place. Be sure to cut the pad at least 1 inch in from the end of the binding so the rug lays flat. The price point was very fair considering I have peace of mind knowing we have eliminated potential VOCs that are emitted from most rugs on the market.

Nice rug

I use this rug in my kitchen. I think it blends really well and the color of it doesn’t show dirt.. I’ve had it now I guess maybe six months and it still looks good. I actually saw this rug in a larger size in a designer showroom at the Pacific design center in Los Angeles. They were using this brand and color in a larger size in a display bedroom it looked fantastic. I asked them for information about the rug and they sheepishly told me that they bought it on Amazon! So I shopped around on Amazon until I found it. I’m glad I did looks great in my opinion and it’s agreat value.

while I am a fan of this company, I was very disappointed by the quality of this rug. First, it never stopped shutting. Second, the portion of the carpet that was in the sun began to turn yellow. Third, many of the rings began to loosen and come out. one a stain did fall on the rug. It was almost impossible to come out. It looked nice from far away and that was about it. Also, a helpful hand, this carpet is not really meant for a dining room as it is very difficult to move chairs. Maybe this would have done better in a family room/living room type of area.

Beautiful but flawed

This rugs looks beautiful! It's soft, the color is a warm ivory(bleached jute), the texture is so pretty. It really looks perfect in my living room, so I immediately threw away all the packaging. I knew it would shed and would slow down in time and I was fine with that. What I didn't know is that the little nubs would unravel after one day! Not just one or two but a handful of them. Now I have to figure out how to package it to ship it back... disappointed.

Beautiful and different jute rug

I am happy with this purchase. It has a bit of a different weave and texture for a jute rug which was appealing compared to most other options. I do also agree that it is softer as a result of the texture. Downside there is it has a higher weave which makes it a little tough for crumbs and other debris to get stuck and wedged into it and the vacuum is not always smooth to run over it.A was a little disappointed in the ‘bleach’ color and hoped it would be whiter and lighter. It definitely has more of a natural golden tone, and I thought it would not work out. Once we laid it out it looked okay but I do wish it was slightly lighter.Overall a good buy and good price for a 9x12 rug.
