I am ALWAYS skeptical to order specific colors online but this rug was a HOME RUN 🥳The edges are tightly finished which is what you want with a natural rug ~ it did have that natural fiber smell out of the wrapper but only lasted a couple of days ~ I Highly RecommendPaired it with a couple natural color small rectangle like material throw rugs in front of sink and stove and I am VERY Happy with the final look 🥰

Good quality rug but a bit different than appears online

It's a nice quality rug. I don't think it matches the photo - there is one photo that shows the tie ends on each side of the rug as very neat across but they are not. The ends are rougher looking and vary between the ties. But it doesn't bother me. The color is also different - It looked more solid blue online, but the rug we received appears to have lines of a light orange/reddish shade so that at first it appeared to be faded. But I think it goes with the rug material. The rug is thicker than I expected, and the material to the touch is rougher than I expected, but it looks actually very original, and not mass produced. It has a certain personality that is lacking in other rugs that are mass produced.That is why I decided to keep it.

Warning - sizing not as advertised

I'm updating my review now that I've received the 8' x 10' rug. It's beautiful, love the green color, but unfortunately, it's not true to size. The second picture in the description of this rug clearly states that the measurements are 96" x 120". Well, it's not. It's actually 90" wide, not 96". This means it doesn't work under my sofa, which is 88" wide - I wanted at least a 4" overhang on each side. So now I have an unwrapped and rather large rug to figure out whether to struggle to return or not. Grrr. This is to help others who are considering the rug. It is lovely but may be quite a bit narrower than advertised.Previous review:I purchased this rug in the 2' by 3' size to test the green color before ordering a large area rug in the same shade. I'm happy to say that the green is a beautiful dark olive green. Sometimes it's hard to determine the actual color in the review pictures, but I can now confirm that it is the lovely, darker green of some of them.

It’s okay

I love the jute, especially the black. It looks nice. However the black does leaves dust and makes your feet dirty walking on this and tracks everywhere. My mop water was pitch black. My feet are dyed. I had to seal it with scotch spray and it seems to be working. It’s not completelyblack either there are a lot of parts not completely together and look unfinished and not tidy and sticking up. It’s very thick, HEAVY, and kind of hard to clean. The ridges are very deep as well compared to my other same brand jute rugs. So a lot of debris is getting trapped in it. Rough to walk on. Not really sure it was worth the price tbh.
