I'd been eyeing this rug for weeks. I finally ordered it and love, love, love it! It's been on the floor for about a month. No fraying, no shedding and the square shape is perfect for centering in a large room to help me define my spaces.
This is a nice rug for the price for sure. It is actually more of a light tan and what they refer to as charcoal is more black with a bit of charcoal on the edges. My only disappointment is a couple of places were it is slightly coming apart. I think we can fix it. I have purchased a rug similar from them before and it was excellent quality. This one is a bit lacking but still can't complain for the price.
Love the modern design with the heavy quality of woven wool! Very dramatic! Not ivory but light khaki color and it looks great! Great price for this quality!
I like to clean the carpets in our home in August of each year since I am definitely not doing any yard work due to Texas heat. I went to use my carpet cleaner on the rug and the black and brown started bleeding all over the beige part of the rug. We spent a good chunk of change on this and I am disappointed that we only got one month of use out of it… it was a beautiful rug.
I love this rug. It's high quality and sturdy/ thick. The pattern is beautiful, it doesn't shed, easy to keep clean. I own several safavieh wool rugs and won't buy any other brand. Highly recommend.
If you're on the fence-buy this rug. Super pretty in person and nice quality. There is some shedding, but nothing bad. If you vacuum once a week it'll be just fine. We have a golden retriever (sheddinggggggggg) and sometimes her fur sticks to black rugs horribly-not this one. I love the black/white contrast. I'd love to buy this in a bigger size for a statement rug!
