I never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to for this rug! I read a lot of reviews before I bought this & was pretty skeptical. Reviews were all over the place: “great rug, loved it,” “terrible rug, it sheds everywhere,” “came with stains and dirt,” etc. I was so unsure because usually a great item has majority great reviews, but this item didn’t. I decided to just jump the gun anyway.First plus, it arrived at my doorstep much earlier than the expected delivery date! Second, I unrolled it onto my floor & it was so pretty! No shedding, no stains, no dirt. Depending on what you like, I think the softness is perfect. I didn’t want anything too fluffy or too flat, and this is a great in between.The pink color is just enough. It’s nice & light, like a tinted look. Goes perfectly with my gray floors.Overall, definitely recommend this rug! Especially for the price 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Pretty, but not worth it

This is a super cute rug, but it has major drawbacks. It’s very hard to clean- vacuums can struggle with it because of the different heights between the white/pink parts. The white stripes are raised which makes them more prone to picking up dirt, and they almost always look grungy. The white stripes also shed short bristles constantly.

Very disappointed

This is the cutest rug I could find for my daughter’s play room that was affordable, and that’s why I’m so disappointed. The smell is horrible but I don’t mind that because I figure it will fade with time. What I do mind is that this rug relentlessly sheds. We vacuumed this rug for 2 hours and had to dump the canister after each pass. You cannot sit on this rug without becoming covered in wiry poky fibers. They’re now all over my house. I’ll be calling to see what I can do about being refunded. Do not be tricked by how cute this rug is, DO NOT buy it if you’re going to be spending any amount of time on it.

Beautiful rug

This rug is super nice. I love how thick it is and the colors are perfect for a little girls room. I searched high and low for a perfect rug and am so happy I found this. My only complaint is that is sheds like crazy. From what I am reading online It should eventually stop shedding but we've had it over a month and it still sheds A LOT. We can't sit down on it with black clothing, we'll be COVERED. We do vacuum it usually twice a week but that doesn't seem to be helping too much. I am hoping over time it stop shedding but beware this rug leaves a TON of little tiny itchy threads all over your clothes! Not the best for sitting and playing.

Exactly what the room needed.

Took forever to actually get it. I thought the beauty of amazon was that it would be waiting on you when you got home so I was kinda frustrated that this requires a signature so I had to go to the distribution center to pick it. But it is finally here. I think it goes well with my neutral decor. Not the softest rug ever but seems pretty durable and that is what I wanted in my high traffic area. There is a millimeter or two difference in heigh between the white stripes and gray stripes, meaning it is not smooth and all the same height but I am ok with that. Just a warning if you are looking for a rug that is all the same height.
