Rug was perfect! Has a soft sheen from some angles. I chose the ivory color. Good thickness. Happy with the quality. Delivered rolled on a tube, wrapped in plastic. There was no wrinkling or folds to deal with.

This rug is exactly what I expected. I bought the largest size you can buy. It’s comfortable and thick enough for my liking, but not so thick that you trip over it. There is a minor smell but that’s expected. Doesn’t bother me and expecting it will subside. The ivory color is beautiful!
Color is not as shown. Looks dirty all the time and does NOT clean well. After cleaning it still looks dirty and texture changed. I should have returned it for sure. Do not recommend!
Rug looks great, color is just as pictured, feels soft, but after a few months it still sheds a lot. Maybe that’s just the nature of the material but I am a little disappointed and may look for a replacement.
Firstly, this rug is beautiful. It has a lovely variegation of sheen and texture. If you are guaranteed to never get it dirty, get anything at all on it, then I would recommend it. However, if you, like me, actually live in your rooms and the rug may get dirty or get an occasional splash of coffee or a minor pet stain, please look elsewhere. I have addressed any stain immediately and it is absolutely uncleanable with everything I’ve tried (and I’ve thrown the kitchen sink at it). I am now going to replace this carpet that cost well north of $500 less than a year into having it in my room. I wished I had heeded other warnings in the reviews about the fact that this rug is an impractical, very poor choice.
I hardly ever write a review but I know how difficult it can be to shop for a rug online so for the benefit of other shoppers I wanted to leave this review. I originally ordered the Stone color but returned it because it was too dark and heavy looking. I decided to take a risk and order the beige and I'm so glad that I did, it's a perfect neutral, not too light, not too dark and even though it's a solid color it has this shimmer and shading that gives it a subtle interest and makes it look more high-end. I read the comments about shedding and I've only had it now for 24 hours but no shedding yet, so far I am very happy with it. If you have a neutral color palette or just want something lighter I think this is perfect. I took one picture at night and the rest during the day from different angles so you can get a good feel for the look and color.
