This is a beautiful rug - very soft and cushioned under our feet. We bought it for our daughter's nursery and it feels great under my bare feet. (I really bought it for me lol) I love it! It's a little annoying to vacuum because it's so plush but I think that's with all shag rugs so I can't say I didn't expect that. It's perfect!

This carpet is so soft and thick. The pattern I bought is not the pattern that arrived. It was put in place before I realized it. Keeping it because I can live with the pattern that arrived and it’s too heavy to try to remove. I would buy this again, but check the pattern before placing it.
This was for a basement and it is beautiful. The only thing that was disappointing was it was folded instead of rolled. Who does that? Rugs should be rolled!!! I almost sent back, because of being folded it had creases that were a major deal to flatten out. I still have one area that is not flat, don't know that it will ever be. This is reason for my 3 star rating.
I love my fontana shag. Shopping for another for our bedroom. This rug has an amazing feel that is just ooolala...must vaccumm frequently to retain look and remove shoes before walking on it and must use a non slip pad underneath on wood floors.
