Looks amazing. feels amazing. I replaced my fancy Greek flokati with this one, because the "fancy flokati" would shed like crazy. I was afraid that, because it was synthetic, it would look and feel cheap, but no - it is awesome! A-W-E-S-O-M-E.
We just added an addition to our house and this rug is on tile which gets cold in the winter and this is a fabulous looking rug and so nice on the feet. Very thick. We got it in cream and we don't expect a lot of foot traffic in the room and obviously cream may not wear well but it makes our room look cozy and we are glad we got it. Let's face it, if it lasts a few years at that price it is a bargain.
Wow! This rug is a 5 star winner, most definitely! It is well crafted as well as thick and soft! It is easy to vacuum and spot clean. The only drawback is there is no grip on the underside of the rug, so I will be buying a no slip pad for underneath tomorrow… but I don’t see this as a draw back; it will only enhance the thickness and luxury of the rug!Add in the price of the rug and it’s actually 10 stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩, imho.Highly recommend!
I LOVEEE this rug! It's ivory, and it has shine to it, so it makes the rug look like it got different tints of ivory, which I really like. It's very fluffy so its hard to vacuum. Make sure you have a super strong vacuum. My children loves it! it's soft on the feet, and feels like stepping on clouds. Safavieh brands never disappoint me Have purchased over 4 kinds from Safavieh.
I purchased several of these rugs. They are beautiful and soft BUT after ONLY 2 MOS the have PATCHES THAT ARE CLUMPING TOGETHER in the areas we have our feet most often. They have been vacuumed regularly and brushed to keep them fluffy but its not working....I will be lucky at this rate to get a year use from them before they look so bad and clumpy that they will have to be replaced...DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AS ITS NICE TO LOOK AT BUT CAN'T BE WALKED ON WHICH IS A CARPETS INTENDED PURPOSE...THIS ISN'T A SMALL DECOR RUG IT IS A LARGE "AREA RUG" AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO STAND UP TO PEOPLE WALKING ON IT. It is only 2 of us in this house so it hasn't gotten a whole lot of people walking on it either!Nov 2024 update...just as I figured these beautiful rugs did not hold up to even light wear. With only 2 people walking on them and regular use they look horrible after a year. The areas where we have our feet resting in front of our chairs is all clumped together and near the end of the rug are clumping together. These were so beautiful but so much work to brush them and also hard to vacuum and the dirt doesn't come out easy either. Also they really can't be shampooed like a typical shag rug cause they will get caught in the shampoo machine...it was hard enough to vaccume them with my Dyson stick vac cause they catch in the vaccume. I like my carpet clean and tend to shampoo them every 6 mos so these are now going in the garbage. Never again will I purchase this type of rug. My advice is stick to a 2 inch shag by Safavieh...I have a few and they have held up very well. Over all Safavieh makes great rugs but this one was a big flop and ended up costing me well over a thousand dollars cause I bought 3 in size 8x10 and 2 in 3x5....lots of money down the drain and now I have to purchase new rugs. I will still buy their 2 inch regular style shags cause I have a few that are over 5 yrs old and holding up great.
Lovely, plush, nice. The Cream/Ivory is a little on the “yellow” side, so not as good with white as I had hoped, but still a beautiful rig and a good deal.
I purchased a new rug, however the one I received has clearly been used. A few stains that hide well enough since it is a shag rug, along with scraps of paper, chips, and popcorn. Because the rug is so large it seems difficult to return. So far the rug is otherwise nice.
