Great rug. Understated and beautiful. Great use of color where the shading gives the impression that it is glowing. Texture is thick and soft. Yes, there will be shedding initially, but shedding should reduce over time.
This was the correct length, and that is the best I can say!! The background color and the texture of the rug, was awful. The color distribution was terrible, even though the green color was pretty. I gave it away because the return window was closed.
This rug is so thick and plush and beautiful! I have bought a lot of rugs this past year after moving to a house with wood floors, and this is the thickest so really nice for a bedroom. I love how the green of the leaves vary from several shades to even touches of yellow that look like sunlight on leaves. It is a subtle enough pattern that I don't think it conflicts with the flower print duvet I have.
Color is exactly as shown. I needed a rug that was seven feet and this fit the bill. Nice and thick. Good value.
I would have returned this rug if it was even remotely possible to put it back in the packaging. The green color is true to the picture, however the background is not cream at all. It is definitely a tan color. It also sheds a ridiculous amount. The rug I received is not soft, unlike all my other wool rugs. I do not recommend.
Absolutely beautiful rug. Picture cannot do this rug justice. I included a picture hoping to give a better idea of the coloring but no matter how many times I tried, the photos don't even come close to showing the true coloring. The rug looks distressed and faded in the online photo, but is actually a blend of color shades done so skillfully that the pattern takes on a slight sheen in certain lighting. Couldn't be more pleased and I am glad I took a chance on this rug. ( I got the green ) Minimal shedding. Came very well wrapped and rug laid flat after an hour or two. No smell other than the usual wool fabric smell which quickly faded. Purchased this along with 2 other Safavieh rugs for my new home that is all hardwood floors. Recommend a pad, not only to keep rug from sliding but also to protect the rug. Ordered this rug on a Sunday and had it on Wednesday. Delivery man carried it up my steps and left it on my covered porch. Overall A+ service from all involved. Will order again.
NIce rug but the blue is much darker, more vivid than shown and the background darker beige (see photo of the small one I ordered to match. HAvent unwrapped the large one because I am sending them back). See photo
