Beautiful, Unique, and Durable

I love this unique rug - especially the combination of natural jute with fun, colorful fabrics. It adds so much pizazz to my living room - and it’s the source of many compliments. My only observation about upkeep is that my vacuum cleaner doesn’t work great on it - it’s too dense. In my experience (this my second one like it), the rug really should be taken outside and shaken every week or so - and it’s a little heavy for me to manage that alone. The upside to the density and weight = durability. Mine has held up well even in a fairly high-traffic area. Very happy with this purchase!

I love this rug. It is looks great in the oval pattern. It is smaller then I thought it would be but I think its just because I had a 5x8 square rug in the room before.I love the mish mosh of colors. It is exactly the fun spark of color I wanted for my Parrot Room. It matches all their braided rope boings and colorful toys.The rug was A tiny bit damp but it smelled fine. It is also a bit pulled up on the edges. I think it's just because of storage. It did not have a cardboard rod to keep the edges straight on the first few rolls.All in all. I am very pleased with this purchase.I have a handheld vacuum to clean the bird room with. It picks up bird food and seed crumbs just fine from the rug. I would never recommend a full powered vacuum cleaner. I would imagine the brushes would tear up the jute eventually.

When I saw “jute” in the title, I assumed this rug would be scratchy and stiff - but I was OK with that because I liked the colors and patterns so much. When I opened the packaging I was thrilled to discover that it is actually quite soft and pliable. The colors are super saturated – it’s just gorgeous. The short edges did curl up a little, but putting a few coffee table books on the corners for a couple of hours solved that. My home isn’t formal so this colorful casual rug is just perfect, adding a lot of color and texture.

Nice rug, I love the design and the colors. I wish it had more blues and greens but it is still pretty much what I wanted. Using it to go in front of my corner sink.
