Originally had a 6ft rug which was too small for table so upsized to 8 ft round, very thick and u didn’t need a gripper underneath since the table keeps it in place and it’s thick enough to walk on comfortably. . Pretty design and I think it goes perfect. Haven’t noticed any shedding so far. Worth the extra money if you want a thick rug instead of many thin cheaper rugs in the market today.
Rug arrived and looked just like the picture. Safavieh has some terrific designs and good quality rugs and a very reasonable price.
9 months in and the rug is fraying/pulling fibers the first two feet into the hallway. Hasn’t held up well at all.
It does shed but not that badly. Love this rug.
Beautiful rug but extremely itchy and sheds a ton so not as described. It is slip and wrinkle resistant, it is substantial enough to do that. The size is as described but I wanted this for some relief on my bedroom wood floor and it’s just as uncomfortable and makes me itch when I stretch at night so not super thrilled with it. The low pile makes it easy to vacuum effectively however.
Great quality! Not real thick but thick enough. Beautiful color and pattern. A little hard to vacuum with a lot of suction, but it is doable when I adjust my vacuum. And if you have a iRobot, it does a great job on this rug.
Such a gorgeous rug, but it does shed like crazy. I’ve had it for a year and it still fills my vacuum tank every time I vacuum it. But it’s just to pretty and I’ll likely order again for other rooms.
