Dusty rose velvet curtains

These are very pretty curtains. The color is a dusty rose and I will be using them at Christmas, so updated photos will be included at that time.The fabric is soft, minimal wrinkles, I think due to packing, and the price was right. I was fortunate to find these on sale.I have two small vintage Santa pillow covers that I want to use with these and the colors will go nicely together. The length I chose is 84 inches and these have a grommet header, which I like. The grommets are silver. They have a very nice weight to them. There is no liner and are not blackouts, but given the fabric texture, I believe there is a room darkening effect as a result, though for my purposes, that's not an issue. If I decide to ever use them in my bedroom, liners could be added for complete blackout effect. For the price, the look, the feel and the function, these are what I was looking for. I would recommend and there are several color options to choose from, as well. This color lends itself to a vintage look which is what I wanted. Very pretty curtains with a velvet feel and appearance. These photos show in package as received, and on a hanger ( if you order them for future use, remove and hang them up, it does help "release" some wrinkles. ) I will update once I hang them this winter. 😊

Nice Plush Velvet Drapes

The RYB Home Velvet Wild Rose Pink Drapes, I took a chance on and ordered 2 pairs of them in 52" wide x 108" length for my end colors and I will put an ivory or cream for the center. This makes the wall and window look longer and wider, when done correctly; same applies when taking the drapes to the ceiling and floor. These drapes are exactly the color as stated, very plush heavy silky velvet; noise reduction, darkening, and energy saving. The Wild Rose Pink color is very true to what the company had described. I've ordered many pairs of velvet drapes from other companies and these by far are the best in quality. The craftsmanship is there from the sewing of each stitch being correct, to placing the 8 steel grommets evenly and with no flaws, the plush thick soft velvet fabric also had no flaws that I could see. These drapes hang correctly, their beautiful, and well worth the money! I never iron nor steam velvet drapes or any drapes. Quality fabric, when hung up will~should release the wrinkles to where the fabric is smooth and wrinkle free; due to the weight of them. I did my research on several drapery companies with AMAZON; comparing fabric and weights, how they were made from viewing the pictures~information, velvet fabrics~yarns, colors, reviews, and etc...all time consuming; but, worth it. There's nothing more disappointing than not matching the under tones of the paint schemes of the walls, and decore to the undertone of the drapery to make the room pop (come together). Also, I would like to mention when ordering drapes for a window, it is very important to make sure you order atleast 3 times the window or rod width in order for the drapes to look correct when opened and closed. This will also, help with darkening, noise reduction, and energy saving; not counting making the window look better when the drapes are closed. I am going to order another color of velvet drapes from this company to finish my window theme. I hope my review helps.

So beautiful in person! I purchased the Teal, 90". Color matches what is shown online. Well made. Weighty. Soft and luxurious. No odor upon unpackaging. Almost completely wrinkle free when first unfolded. This dark color with its heavier material blocks quite a bit of direct sunlight, second only to the actual black-backed blackout set I have. The color is the same on both sides, with the velvet being on one side and the other side is a more silky, slightly fuzzy brushed cotton feel and appearance. Haven't had a need to attempt cleaning them, yet. Bought a different length of 84" for another room and they are just as beautiful. We love seeing them. They add such elegance and color.

Beautiful drapes

Beautiful drapes and they truly do darken the room and effective for noise cancelling. I had to return two pair to exchange for a longer length curtain. Unfortunately, the replacement I received was contained in a severely damaged box, and the curtains (though plastic wrapped and labeled as "new") were clearly used and had been soiled and damaged in noticeable areas. These drapes are worth a 5-star rating; taking off one star for the lack of quality control in sending drapes that were soiled and had damage to the fabric.
