pretty nice, great privacy and awesome price
I bought sand which matched my doors painted with a color called Moth Wing by the brand Sherwin Williams. It’s basically a slightly stiff piece of fabric that you tape to your door with sticky-backed Velcro. It looks pretty nice, great privacy and awesome price. I’d say worth it for the cheap price.

Good sun blocker, but no user manual for setup
I'm a halfway smart person with two college degrees. One of them is in Math which is supposed to help me to solve problems. And, it has. However, some of these little problems are off the charts, especially when there are no instructions. This thing came with two little peal-off Velcro tabs that I figured should fit onto the Velcro tabs on the curtain. Something was wrong. If this was going to fit onto the other two on the curtain, I needed to glue them onto the door. I tried doing that, and it didn't hold after half an hour of waiting for the super glue to dry. So, I watched a video attached to the product at Amazon, and they said to use the long Velcro strips. So, I pulled off those little strips that I had glued onto the top of the door, and I applied this long Velcro strip at the top of the door. And, it worked fine. The two Velcro strips on the curtain attach to it pretty strong, and the rest of the long strip is pretty much glued to the top of the wood of the door. That's great, but I had to figure it out for myself. No one else on these reviews ever mentioned this problem, and I had to think that maybe I was the stupid one. However, I am not that stupid to actually submit to that. I have fixed a lot of little things around the house, including riding lawn mowers, trimmers, doors, floor paneling, rusted tools, and many more things that I have had to figure out on my own without any manuals. So, then I had to figure out the other long Velcro strip and where to place it on the door. The curtain is 26" by about 68". Something like that. It fits my door perfectly. My door has glass panels imbedded, and the top is separated by about 5 or 6 inches. I applied the first Velcro strip at the top right above the glass panel. It worked fine and supported the entire curtain. Then I had to figure out where to apply the other Velcro strip. After studying it, I decided to apply it right at the top just below the other Velcro strip. This worked fine. I rolled up the curtain and applied the hanging strip to the Velcro I just installed, and it works fine. This is a great product for the price, about $15. But it needs more instructions or user manuals for us dummies. I still don't even know if I installed it properly, but it is working for me, and that in my book counts for about everything. I am still wondering what those other two small Velcro tabs were all about. I never did use them. Bing, bang, bong. What were they for?I give 4 stars instead of 5 because of this lack of instruction. Otherwise, the shades are nice on my door. They are definitely sunlight blocking material. And, they are not black like the other ones listed. My wife didn't want black, and so I got this one. It is listed as sand-colored. Whatever. It is an ash color, like the color of ashes in an ash tray, not that light and not that dark. It fits well with our white painted doors. Not as bad as the black ones, I am supposing.

Easy install and does the job!
Excellent for the price! Super easy install. Installed them over blinds, but could easily remove the blinds underneath. They also really help keep the heat out. Wish they had the same for an actual window. Ordered the color Sand. Perfect neutral color.

Block the Light, Not Your Wallet
This curtain is a simple and effective DIY project that makes a noticeable difference. It blocks out light very well and also helps reduce energy costs by keeping rooms cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. For such a straightforward solution, it’s surprisingly effective at improving comfort while also saving a little money on the power bill.

Works well to block the light
This curtain over a window in a door is a breeze to install, it sticks velcro to the window frame and velcro sticks the curtain to the door. It blocks the street light that had been bothering me for a long time.
