For the price, it's perfect. Because of the simplified design, it is infinitely more customizable.Some reviews described installation as difficult. The instructions are word-less ikea-style pictures so a bit of intuition is required, and one thing to keep in mind when trying to straighten the track after unboxing is that the track is plastic with a flexible metal core, similar to a pipe cleaner, and will certainly need a bit of force to bend back into a straight line before you can attempt installing it anywhere. I have bad joints and it did ache a bit to wrestle with, but I'm also only 27 so keep that in mind if you won't have help or also suffer from aches and pains of one form or another.The kit includes extra anchors/drywall screws to account for any errors, which i appreciated and found very helpful. The track and materials feel flimsy, but I can assure you it feels very secure on my ceiling and have no worries of my 2 cats or 2 dogs being able to effect it in the slightest.I did the ceiling mount method and highly recommend using the drywall anchors included. The tools I used were a power drill, a hammer for tapping in the drywall anchor, and a stepstool for reaching my ceiling. I did complete installation entirely by myself, although the first few anchors installed were a pain in the ass to navigate without extra hands, and I ended up going back and re-anchoring 2 out of the first 3.In regards to the appearance of the product, look at the product pictures in the review. It is a thick curtain, and does block light very well. As a husky owner, I'm proud to announce that pet hair doesnt stick terribly to it and easily vacuums off.Overall, super happy with what I got for the price.

Nice curtain and semi easy installation. I'm not thinking that length adjustment is easy though. Looks like you would have to hem them. The track comes coiled pretty tight. The trick there is to place it on the oven on warm for about 15 minutes and then straighten and install.

I love absolutely love it. It was simple to install. I used a different drywall installation set. Use what I have in the photo instead. I did use the circler guide one instead of the straight, it was a separate purchase.

Needed something to block out the cooking smell from going upstairs. Easy to install. Definitely need a ladder or a chair or a tall person. Curtains are of good quality. Not ceiling to floor length but still works for my situation. Celing hook/screw is kinda awkward doesn't look that secure but I guess it works since my kid is always tugging on it.

Useless totally useless and it sounds incredibly frustrating, I was aiming for that clean, professional hospital-style setup—something sturdy, smooth-gliding, and ceiling-mounted—and instead ended up with a flimsy, poorly designed track that didn’t live up to its promise. It’s especially disappointing when the product looks right in pictures but turns out to be a nightmare to install or use. Don’t waste your time either your money to buy something that looks like this one you see in the hospital ER’s.
