Good Little Rug for High Traffic Areas

I needed something for the entryway to catch dirt. It gets a lot of use with me and the dog going in and out. This rug is a good size, it was pretty accurate to the measurements listed. The color looks like the picture, which is nice. It’s soft underfoot, and definitely softer than I expected for the price. My dog likes to lay on it. I was worried about it sliding around, but the backing seems to hold it in place pretty well on my tile floor. I haven’t had to wash it yet, but I like knowing I can just throw it in the machine. So far, it hasn’t shed at all, which is a big plus. It feels pretty well made for what it is. I’ve had it for a few weeks and it still looks new. It’s not super thick, but it’s comfortable enough. The pattern is modern and doesn’t show dirt too badly, which is important.

Very soft but too thin.

I gave this two stars because I really did love the softness and the design was perfect, but it was so thin that it was constantly becoming wrinkled and moved out of position just by normal use (even with heavy furniture on it to try and hold it down), and it was almost impossible to vacuum it normally because the vacuum would literally just suck the material up. I ended up returning it, unfortunately.
