Quality rugs that are affordable

I was on the hunt for a smaller rug in my living room. I had had an 8 x 10 and in order to get all the edges. I would have to move a couch when vacuuming and it was annoying. I wanted something that would fit in between my couches so I opted for a 5 x 7. Now I have one of these rug shop rugs on my deck and one in my bedroom also and their quality is always exactly what I expect from this brand. The fibers feel nice under the foot and the colors are enough, even for this blind guy to tell the contrast. The edges feel like they are done well and it won’t start coming unraveled anytime soon. When going rug shopping some of the prices for rugs are beyond what I can comprehend these rug shop rugs are always right in a price range that I’m looking for and with the quality they provide I think they are well worth the asking price. My only real issue is putting them on a laminate flooring they either have to be put down with carpet tape or the little carpet hold down or nonslip pads. But I knew what I was ordering and I expected it. I would recommend these rugs all day long!

High Traffic Ready - Solidly Made Brown Runner

I am impressed with the quality and look of this twelve foot runner rug. Finding a rug this long for a reasonable price that doesn't feel flimsy can be a challenge, but the jute backing on this one gives it a nice, sturdy structure that lays flat. The brown color is rich and deep, and the modern distressed border adds a touch of sophistication without being too overwhelming for the space. Because it is low pile, I don't have to worry about it being a tripping hazard or making it difficult to open nearby doors, which is a huge plus for a high-traffic area. It feels soft underfoot, yet durable enough to handle daily use. The subtle variation in the shading gives it a high-end, vintage feel. I would definitely recommend a rug pad if you are placing it on a slicker floor, but overall, it is a nice looking and functional addition to my home. There were a few straggly threads that needed cutting. The edges may or may not curl depending on placement. It did a little on mine but eventually settled down. Easily solved with two sided carpet tape. This is a good basic rug!

cool design but shows debris and hair easily

This rug looks nice and it works great for our garage door entrance into our home but, I will mention that the corners don't want to sit flat. After 48 hours upside down with weights the corners, the corners still curl. Additionally, the rug appears to show white hair and debris really well. We do have an all white Siberian husky and she does shed but, this is an areas of our home that our pup maybe walks by 1-2 times a day. (We typically take her out the back door and she's rarely by our garage door.) This rug just so happens to show any of her white hairs our any level of debris very clearly. They're extremely noticeable on this rug. Even the faintest amount. We do have other black rugs that don't have this issue but, this rug particularly does show her hairs incredibly easily.Other than that the rug does look good! I do really like the modern design & look of the rug. It suites our white and black style and decorations throughout our home. My husband says he likes the twin peaks kind of look of the rug. The rug does feel really soft and makes for a good entry way rug; If you can keep it clean and use rug tape to secure the corners down. The low pile style makes it easy to clean and maintain which I do appreciate. My stick vacuum does kind of struggle with cleaning the rug but, my broom does work really well. Overall, I think I would still recommend the rug because it is soft and easy to clean. I do love the look and it does feel pretty durable but, I would also mention to keep in mind that tit may need to be cleaned often and regularly especially in high traffic areas.

Lovely medium-quality carpet

This is a beautiful rug with tasteful colors and a geometric border design.I turned down the corner of the carpet so you can see how nicely it is constructed. It is made of strong fibers that are tightly woven together. This is a better quality carpet than the thin kind that has a rubberized backing. The cheaper rugs can be scrunched up and thrown in a washing machine. This rug is too heavy for that. This rug needs to be cleaned with a carpet cleaner. There are higher quality rugs available, of course, but this one has excellent qualities for this price range.When I first saw the rug I was worried about the light color. I thought it would show dirt easily. On the contrary, we have been walking on it for several days now and the animals have been playing on it. It doesn't look dirty to me even though I know it could use a good vacuuming by now.Speaking of animals, they all seem to love this carpet. All my pets are choosing this one to lay on and play on. Even though it is not very thick, it seems to be extra soft. For some reason they prefer it.
