No Fire Station!

This is really a great rug, non slip and vibrant colors. However, if your child is looking forward to a fire station, it is not pictured on the rug at all. The police station also looked like it said “police” in the open space but was removed. Really disappointing since it’s such a nice rug! I should have looked a little more closely at the graphic!

Lots of detail, thick, and fun

This rug provides my toddler a fun space for imagination play. It was very easy to install this rug in my home. I simply cut the plastic wrap that was holding it together and unrolled the carpet. The rug is not extremely thick, but just thick enough that it feels fine for sitting or laying. The colors on this mat are bright and vivid, making it a very attractive visual. We have already designated a name for the rug which is, “The Town.” Everytime we want to play on the carpet, we ask our son, “Do you want to play in the town?” He runs over with excitement because he absolutely loves the set up. The only toys we need for this rug are some cars. A few props here and there can help, but cars work perfectly for imagination play on this rug. There are so many different little shops and places. The product seems to have a non-slip surface on the bottom so the rug doesn’t slide all over the floor when we walk on it. It seems to be safe so far. My son is currently two years old and this has quickly becomes one of his favorite spots to play. For reference, I ordered the green color in the size 6'6" x 9'. The size of the item is huge and takes up a large space in our living room. The current price of $236.55 seems a bit on the high end, however the quality is great. This would work perfectly in a daycare, library or at home.
