Very nice rug. The material quality is quite nice, and it adds so much character to the room. Although from my experience, it handles spills better than most rugs, it can still get stained. Luckily, it is machine washable, and stains come right out!
I bought this with reservation, mostly because it’s several feet shorter than my current runner and also not as wide. When i received the rug the directions said to lay flat to take out the wrinkles. Seeing that I live in a small house the only place to lay it out was on top of my previous runner. This ended up being the perfect answer. After laying it over the previous jute runner., I realized that this rug really looked fantastic layering over the old jute runner that constantly showed stains in my kitchen. This really added some nice contrast, kept the previous footprint and added a pop of color. This was not how i anticipated using this rug (layered) but i am really enjoying the unexpected look! This runner is also like walking on a soft cloud. My other runner was jute and scratchy, this one is like petting a soft cat or dog. It’s so nice to walk on and every time i step on the rug i notice its softness. I love the fact it’s washable, as this is in my kitchen, a high traffic area and obviously just waiting for stains! Overall, this is a great rug and i am glad i accidently stumbled upon layering this over my jute rug. I am very pleased with this purchase!
Very soft. The color isn’t as vibrant as the picture. There is a bit of beige in the background. However, the softness makes up for it. A rug grip is needed underneath on porcelain floors. I would love it if they’d have longer sizes or custom size orders.
Cool design! This is a nice sized runner. It's soft and easy to clean. I wish the color was sharper, but I really like it!
Geometric design rug by WRG Home & sold by RugShop, made China. I got the 2’ x3’ size and in love with this modern simple black & white pattern. But tBH they had such a nice selection of modern patterns that were different from the usual I found it hard to choose.Like everyone has comment this is very soft like a velour. So nice and soft nice to walk on with bare feet. A fair thickness, not cushioned or thick enough to trip but comfortable. A good non slip backing that works on my polished concrete floor.But it does arrive flat folded. I have steamed the back of it with my clothes steamer but the creases remain. I have contacted Rug Shop and asked if I can iron the back if covered with a press cloth. My concern is the little plastic or rubber non slip dimples will melt. It says machine washable on cold being careful not to go too hot and shrink it. If I wash I will not be able to return. It is currently $36. UPDATE: I persisted with my clothes steamer and the creases came out. Did not get a reply from the company.Looks lovely.
I thought this rug was a great price for a 5x7 rug. The pattern is appealing, and the rug is super soft and comfortable. It is a good size for my area and lays flat. Good quality
I generally think of runner as being a rug that will take a lot of traffic, and I am hopeful that this will hold up for a while. The rug is soft, has a very low pile, lies flat, and sports a nonslip underside. I don't anticipate tossing it in the washing machine because I just don't see semi-stiff runner being able to get clean that way. At this price, though, it should be fairly easy to replace should it become too dirty or wears too quickly.
