In love with this rug! Love the high and lows of the pattern. Is both boho and classy at the same time. Usually not a tassel person but these are staying in place. Everyone comments on it. I did not have issues with damage/delivery.
This rug is shipped well-packaged and is quite attractive. The material is a little rough/itchy but still quite nice.

I have bought no fewer than ten carpets and rugs in the last three months. This is one of the best rugs out of all of them. The old meets new style works well in my office/guest bedroom and even in my living room. I can tell that the quality is high, and that this seems handmade of good materials. The lighter parts of this rug are soft and raised, and the dark parts of this rug are woven and flatter (thinner)/lower. If you are seeking a consistent thickness and plushness under your bare feet, this is not the rug for you. If you are seeking an interesting statement piece that elevates your basic/subdued furniture, this is a good option. Major con is that this needs to be handwashed, so take care of it!
I was looking for a rug for our slate entry way, which is a dark grey to black color, when I ran across this one. Although I had not heard of Emily Henderson before, (the designer) I really like the style of the various rugs in the collection that this is part of.-Thickness is good.-Rubber pad underneath recommended - I agree and did that.-I like the hand made look - very minor imperfections and variations if you inspect closely-Colors are subtle and complementary to the entry way-Appears to be very durable

The package of this item was delivered damage. As I began opening the package I my thoughts were ‘how on earth would I clean this rug??’ It does not have enough structure to be carpet cleaned and too thick to be machine washed. As I continued opening it I noticed a huge hole - this is a huge rug to have to return so I’m immediately filled with dread. Also noticed the rug is dirty. I would hate to have unrolled the rest of the rug to find more dirty spots.
