Bad customer service

The quality of the rug was good but it was too light color than what was shown online. I wanted to return the rug. It took two phone calls to Amazon, who notified rugs .com to send details and prepaid label for return. I still heard nothing so I called rugs.com and they finally send me a prepaid label. We have yet to receive my refund. It means I will probably have to call them again
