Nice, but not real safe.

It is a very pretty rug. I just wish that it was stiffer - the corners just do not lie flat. No matter how much I try by putting books, etc on the corners for a couple of days, they curl back up and are a potential tripping problem.

Wrinkles???

Nice rug but I ordered two runners with one of them eventually laying flat. However, the other runner was just terrible! I vacuumed the rug, let it lay flat for several days, steamed it, ironed it and even put rug grippers on the ends and it still was wrinkled. The only way I could remedy the problem was placing the rug in the dryer with a damp towel! It finally closer to being flat and it has been almost a month. It was a lot of work!! Very strange how one runner was fine but the other wasn’t. I would have returned the wrinkled rug but needed it for the Thanksgiving holiday! I would have given 5 star rating but due to the wrinkles I lowered the rating. FYI: I ordered the same rug but in an 8x10 and it went down on the floor perfectly without any problems!

Worth the Buy.

Excellent customer service.The rug arrived with the edges dirty from the travel. The rug is so lovely, I was disappointed that it got so dirty. I contacted the seller, and pointed out that it hadn't been packaged properly. They were gracious and offered to replace it. The effort to rewrap and send it back was daunting. They met me half way and gave me back $20.00 so I could get it cleaned.It was worth keeping it and cleaning it.Just as depicted. Beautiful.

Don't waste your money on this rug!!!

VERY disappointed in the quality of this rug, it doesn't look at all like the photo. Where to start? It came folded, the backing of the rug is very dark, so where the rug is creased from being folded, not rolled, there are dark creases that show through. On a rug this light, that's a problem and looks terrible. You can barely discern a pattern in the rug and the cream color is very dirty looking, the pile of the rug is really thin, it isn't laying flat and the center of it looks like it's been stretched and pulled out of shape. I don't think it will ever lay flat because of that. It has an odor that isn't going away despite my putting baking soda on it numerous times. It's a 10x14 so I can't take it outside to air out. I bought this for my granddaughters newly remodeled bedroom. Everything in her room looks amazing except this rug. It looks cheap, dirty and misshapen. Because of the room being remodeled I didn't open this rug until a few months after I bought it so I can't return it or I would. Don't waste your money, the rug is not worth 100.00 let alone 300.00.
