Wrinkled

Size is great, color is slightly lighter than the picture but still good, but after three weeks we still cannot get the wrinkles out. We followed the packaging directions and rolled it up on opposite side and left it for a couple of days. Still wrinkled. We then rolled in reverse direction and left for a couple of days. Still had wrinkles. So we flipped it and rolled up on opposite side and left for a couple of days. I then tried spritzing with water and used a towel and low iron on it, still would not take wrinkles out. The wrinkles are so bad they are a tripping hazard. They really need to ship these rugs rolled instead of folded. Very disappointing.

Rug matched the color and size as posted. After over a week being on the floor, it still has not gotten all of the wrinkles out. I think a pad under the rug will be necessary for it to be flat without wrinkles.
