Hello Amazon family!! O MY GOSH I LOVE THESE DRAPES!! I'm redoing my art studio and I just wanted to give it more color, depth and a focal point. When I saw these drapes I went nuts over them The color is so vibrant and beautiful. As soon as I hung them up the room vibe changed. It's amazing! The quality of the fabric is unbelievable! It's multifaceted color shimmers with ANY type of lighting. It looks just amazing when the light hits it! Very very classy! The stitching is quality and durable, along with thick, soft material. The length of the drapes that I chose are ceiling to floor and they fit perfectly. I measured 4 in from the ceiling to hang my rod. These do not block out the sun completely, so if you want your room to be blacked out you must put a blackout curtain behind them which is easy to do. Personally I really like the way it looks when the light comes through it. But I'm also going for that look in this room and no one sleeps in it. It will finally be my work space again. The aqua color is just amazing. I love this color so much. I actually took the picture and brought it to home Depot to get the exact same color for my kitchen cabinet downstairs. You're going to love these!. Not that anybody's going to be handling them very often, but when you open them, the fabric is so soft and thick. It just oozes luxury! Took a few pictures of the pockets where the actual curtain rod goes through and you have two options. You can put it through the loops like I did or you can put it straight through the pocket which is the length of the drape. I wanted it to have more shape so I used a shorter rod to look like it had more texture. The stitching and the type of fabric is going to wash very well. Although with the crushed velvet in my experience, because I had some before downstairs a long time ago, I had to wash them in a delicate cycle, hung them out to dry and they were just fine. Do not put them in the dryer. These are really easy to put up. Also, as a matter of fact, I think I'm going to enclose a picture of the room the way it started yesterday. I had to take apart a lot of furniture that broke because it fell over and that's what prompted me to redo the entire color scheme. It was worth it! I hung these up by myself. You'll need an electric drill and you can do it easily. If I can do it you can do it! It took me a long time to get this room set up. Lastly, the price point for these drapes is unbelievably fair. They look like they would cost a lot more than you're actually going to pay for them. So economically you'd be able to do a great room with four Windows, No problem on the budget. I'm all about the budget. I'm going to get another set and cut them to use for reupholstering my bar stools downstairs so I have something that ties in the entire house. If you think of anything else to use the velvet material for let me know your ideas. I would love to hear them! I ordered these crushed velvet curtains for my primary to update the look. I wanted room darkening but not blackout. Trying to bring some light into my room lol. These are perfect because they have the heavy feel of high end curtains at a great value. I actually bought some from the same brand in regular velvet for my living room. The colors are rich and luxe and they come in a variety of lengths that ensure they're to the floor as they should be (too short looks unfinished, too long just gathers dust/fur). Right out of the package I didn't have any issues with wrinkles and hung them right up but I know some people would wash/press them. They're super soft and give such a luxurious vibe to the room.Overall I highly recommend these crushed velvet curtains to really elevate a space. Make sure you measure for the correct length according to your windows and ceiling height. They're light filtering so you still get some natural light in the room, which makes these perfect for living areas and bedrooms where blackout isn't necessary. They're nice and thick and seem like they'll hold up well since I've had my others for years with no issues. They're also machine washable, but I always hang to dry for longevity and to prevent any size/length changes. The crushed texture is lovely to disguise any wrinkles and also give texture and movement to a room. I'm super happy with them and would definitely order again for any other curtain updates in my house.

These cuurtains are very soft! They hung perfectly in our bedroom and fit perfectly. We have 2 double side-by-side windows and I like that I can pull them apart or just 1 at a time. My windows themselves sometimes are a bit drafty but after the windstorm we had the other night, these cuurtains did an amazing job keeping the drafts at bay! My complaint is about the color. It was more if a rust or avacado green than olive green as given in the description and shown in the picture. It could be just my monitor showing different colors, but the description just seemed off to me. Other than the color being off, the curtians were great!
Absolutely love these velvet curtains. They are very high quality, heavy soft curtains, for not being room darkening they block out 90% of light which is nice. It comes with to VERY large panels so make sure to double check the size, the are about the equivalent of 4 normal size panels. I have machine washed them two time’s since getting them and haven’t noticed any distress to them or damage to any of the velvet. Between the quality and the look of these curtains i would definitely recommend and say they are worth every dime.
