I was reluctant to purchase based on a comment. At first when I received it I also thought that it was non-visible, but there is a really tight film on top of it. That must be removed. Once that is removed you can see the writing clearly. I added this plaque to an additional retirement gift for a coworker. I’m glad it came on time.
