I have mixed feelings about this piece. On the positive side, the wooden box sign feels solid and has a nice texture—it’s not "luxury" quality, but it's well-made and looks great on a desk or shelf. The illustration of the black cat is absolutely beautiful and very detailed; it really captures a mysterious and charming vibe.However, I was quite disappointed to find out that this is not an actual oil painting. Despite the product title using the words "Oil Painting," it is clearly a high-quality print. I specifically chose this item because I was looking for the texture and depth of real oil on canvas, so finding out it was just a flat print was a letdown.If you just want a cute, well-made cat decoration for your home or office, you will likely love this. But if you are an art collector looking for an authentic oil painting, please look elsewhere.
