A Stunning Surprise

I somehow completely forgot that there's a necklace included with this, so when I opened the little drawer (that I'd also forgotten about until receiving the item) I was stunned into silence. It's a beautiful necklace, even if it isn't necessarily the "centerpiece" of the presentation. If this gift is meant to express your love for someone, the tasteful heart gem and surrounding CZs will certainly make the statement. A small tag on the chain tells us this is 925 sterling silver, allowing you to give this gift with confidence.I'm not sure if the clear acrylic cover is meant to come off, but it doesn't seem to be damaged or malfunctioning so I would assume this is intentional. I admit I'm a little confused since I'd assumed a preserved natural rose would need to be sealed inside the case for protection. I don't know if touching the beautiful flower would be safe, as far as keeping it intact and looking its best. I do wish there was some sort of care and maintenance guide, but perhaps I can find tips online somewhere.There's no scent to the rose either, at least none that I can discern. This isn't a complaint at all, merely an observation.The thoughtful sentiments expressed on the gift itself as well as the little bag and the card say "Best wishes, a friend is a loving companion at all times." This could mean the rose gift would be appropriate for a variety of recipients on a variety of occasions. The overall impact of the flower, the case, and the surprise necklace in the little drawer make for a thoughtful package that will leave no doubt as to your affection no matter who you give this to. Whether as a token of intimacy for your valentine in February, or a way to let your mom or your daughter know that you care, this is a tasteful and classy keepsake that will put a smile on her face and a song in her heart.
