I have hung it in the east facing kitchen window of my house and it casts the prettiest rainbow across the floor as the sun rises.The piece is beautifully detailed and incredibly well crafted.     Cute and colorful printed glass - not stained glass

    This is a pretty sun catcher, but it is not stained glass. This is a clear piece of glass that is smooth on one side (printed side) and the other side has a rough texture - reminds me of the rotating glass plates on the bottom of a microwave. The UV printing is well done and has some texturing to make it appear like it is stained glass - the rough texture on the glass also adds to the stained glass appearance. Overall, a cute sun catcher with faux stained glass look.

    Tree of Life art glass

    This piece of art glass is smooth on one side and has an obscure texture on the back to diffuse the light to enhance the art work. The shapes of the tree, leaves and roots are applied precisely to give the art glass a very refined look. When the rays of the sun are at the proper angle with the glass the colors and shapes pop out of the glass to give it more of a 3 dimensional look. As of the time I am writing this review we have only cloudy days with rain so I cannot show you how it looks on a sunny day. This Tree of Life art glass panel is colorful and will look nice in your room of choice.

    A lovely suncatcher for our patio doors. Held up by a small Command strip instead of the included suction cup. Not as big around as some, but still plenty big enough for a insightful display. The leaves are very colorful and make this piece standout. I replaced a more realistic tree with this one because I liked it so much.
