I bought this rug to replace the one in my 6 year old daughter’s room. Her room is very pink and girly, I was a little worried about quality due to it being so inexpensive but wow I am impressed. This is a big and beautiful and soft rug.I wasn't imagining this rug to be as big as it is. I know you see the size and you measure it, but it's just big when you see it in person. lol It will cover a whole lot of floor.The color is pink and looks just like it does in the listing; at least it does for me.The feel is very soft under your feet. It can be washed easily.It's high quality and laid flat on the floor the moment I put it down.Good value with this one.
This rug is very well designed and adheres to the floor decently enough. My expectations were rather low since it comes folded in a way that a more quality rug would not, i.e. rolled up. I actually expected this rug to be more like a giant towel because I didn't believe that with the way it is packaged that it could possibly have any backing of substance due to the backing on a regular rug preventing it from being folded entirely. However, once it was deployed onto the spot I had selected, it does seem to adhere to the floor better than it initially appears in the packaging.However, here's where the folding and compression of the packaging starts to show it's true nature: it wrinkles the rug. I actually went over it with a small steam cleaner to try and eliminate the wrinkles caused by it being folded a dozen times over and it actually made it slightly worse! Perhaps this will go away with time, but especially with this being advertised for a nursery, this seems somewhat of a hazard, like you may trip and fall onto, say, at worst the crib, or at best, injure yourself.The price, $69.99 is also incredibly high compared to much safer and comparably priced alternative from Costco. Like ordering a pillow that is compressed and decompression upon opening, this would be an absolute nightmare to repack and return should you choose to do so.Not recommended.
