Weighted velvet curtains

Velvet curtain is weighty. Curtains can be hung by using the tabs on the back or with the included rings. The curtains have a weight at the bottom to keep curtains in place. The drawback for me is the backing. It's a white, mesh fabric and it isn't flattering. I am not using these curtains on a windows but rather to cover some open shelving. The wrinkles from packaging come out easily using a steamer.

2 hanging options! Soft, blackouts

I wish I would have put these curtains up sooner! They are so soft and completely block the light. I would suggest washing them before putting them up to get the wrinkles out, but I wanted to leave the review and see if I wanted to replace my room curtains with these. I love that they are machine washable, and that there are two options for hanging these, depending on your curtain rod and style. To the left in the pictures, I'm using the back tabs. To the right of the picture, I'm using the metal rings with plastic hooks in the back. In my opinion, using the hooks and rings makes it look more like a shower curtain, so the back tabs look way better to me. The back tabs cover the curtain rod. Metal rings scratch up your curtain rod and are louder when opening and closing at night. I like that they are pleated so they have that beautiful even look on each panel. They are very long, so even having my curtain rod near the ceiling to make the room look bigger, they still almost reach down to the floor. Very classy look! Would i pay $60 for 1 set of curtains when I have a full house to decorate? No, but they are very nice and probably worth it to most. They aren't too thick, but thick enough to blackout your room, which is all you need.

Disappointed. The paper/garbage bag like lining was not smoothed out to match the front”velvet” layer so they do not hang like they should and are all puckered up on the edges.They do block out the light but I have no way of getting out the wrinkles without risking melting the plastic lining.Expected better for the price I paid.
