INACCURATE, POOR QUALITY, OVERPRICED

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! What they advertise is NOT what they send. The sizing and coloring is completely different than what comes in the mail. I didn’t go straight to reviews; I tried to rectify it with the seller and had to go back and forth to get her to say she’d rectify it properly. I made it clear I wanted a refund or I wanted it re done to ACTUALLY look like the sizing and coloring of the “Sophia Marie” advertisement she has in pink. This is for my first baby and for her nursery so it’s very important and special to my husband and I and extremely expensive too. Am expecting my $72.41 in FULL for this. Awful quality of wood too super flimsy and not good quality wood at all. The whole situation is so frustrating. I ordered it Sept 9, didn’t get it until Sept 20, then after filing a complaint with them Sept 21, they said they would have it prioritized and rushed and then I didn’t get it until Oct 15!! What they sent was literally just the second name in a smaller font same exact wrong color issue. The color came out WAY lighter than the pink color advertised on “Sophia Marie.” When I told them I wanted the first and second name re done in the correct pink color. The first name size was fine and the second name size needed to be smaller to look like the advertised photo. They solved one issue on sizing but still left me with the main issue of the color being WAY off. Highly disappointed at this whole experience and outcome after over a month of waiting. Notice the photos. What I ordered vs what I got. :(

Unsatisfactory order and unpleasant experience with seller

My order was unsatisfactory. The way that it is displayed can be misleading. I ordered the size 6, under the impression that each letter would be 6inches, not the entire nameplate. As well as, when you pick a size, the approximate preview is not an accurate representation of the size picked. I did try to rectify this. I asked for a refund but they insisted on me ordering the correct size and stated they would cover half the price, instead of giving me a refund. We never came to a resolution as the proposed solution didn’t make any sense. I spent about $40 on the original order (which is what I wanted a refund for). Reordering in the correct size would have me spending another $40 and them also covering $40, which is why I’m unsure of why they couldn’t just refund me if it would be the same amount, rather than me making ANOTHER order and paying MORE money.Not only that, but even with the nameplate they originally sent me, the added butterflies were the WRONG size and the actual product was flimsy. I am extremely disappointed in this experience and would not recommend ordering this, due to quality of product, as well as lack of effort in adequately remedying the errors made.
