I bought the Mail Carrier Ornament where you could PERSONALIZE with Name - Word Retired and Date!Why I'm even bothering to write a review is because there was a mistake in Engraving, but as soon as I texted the company & they asked me to send pic of mistake, it was taken care of immediately!Fantastic quality and service! Oh and I don't write reviews usually.
Quality, service, ease of ordering, accuracy, punctuality - all perfect. I am delighted with its appearance, it has a nice weight to it without being cumbersome and the lettering is clear (and, spelled correctly) without being ostentatious. Just a nice ornament; one I will be proud to give as a gift. Ordering it was super easy. The ornament was carefully packaged so it arrived safely. Given I ordered a Christmas ornament the last week of June the speed of its arrival could have gone "either way" but it arrived within just a few days. Again, I rate this transaction FIVE STAR, perfect. I rarely do that.
I ordered this because iI have the most amazing helpful female mail carrier and always try to find something unique for her Christmas gift. This arrived promptly and is adorable. I'm sure she will love it (I usually include some homemade goodies and a small giftcard as well). Personalization was perfect and a business card from the seller was enclosed as well.
