Poor quality, poor customer service.

I received the item , it was poorly packaged wrapped in plastic wrap and thin bubble wrap nothing supporting the thinnest parts. It is made of a very soft wood. It is extremely thin. It is definitely not as pictured. I tried to get the company to issue a return, they stopped responding. Will update if they make a change. I would recommend not purchasing this item.Update to say a refund was issued after sending pictures twice about 4 days apart. It took about a week to get the refund, and originally said because of health safety it wasn’t returnable.???… the product needs some changes or at least change the description.

Order came incorrect, cannot return due to sellers setup... But after leaving this review seller did make product correct and shipped it to me. Greatly appreciated ! Be aware it is NOT 3d as the image looks!! it is a 2 dimensional flat board with a drawing on it. The drawing is cute, I give it a 4 because i think it's pricey for a flat print, product itself for a 2 dim print, well done !

Lack Luster...

The description says the light on the street lamp lights up .. it doesn't 🤔😔🙄😒🙁🫤☹️ that's false advertisement. The overall look is what I ordered but it still looks fake there's nothing special about it to convince me the $35.00 price tag is worth it... Unbelievably bad

I don't like to gives poor reviews but this product is so bad I had to warn buyers. The product is absolutely nothing like the description. It appears to be three dimensional showing people in rocking chairs on the porch but in reality it is a scene painted on a flat piece of wood. Save yourself from a major disappointment and steer clear from purchasing anything from them.
