Quality of this product was very good and is sufficient for display. However, it was not the style I was particularly looking for. This has a removable back panel which will allow the insertion of the flag for display. I'm replacing an original shadow box given to me at my Father's funeral. The item I'm replacing has a drop front glass panel and is more substantial overall (thicker wood and glass). Again, nothing wrong with this, it just is not what I want...

Nice case, but ….

When the case arrived it wasn’t damaged and looked like exactly what I needed. As a recent widow, I wasn’t ready to assemble the case. Fast forward: Today when I wiped the plexiglass there are a couple of small bubbles but they don’t really show with the flag inside. When I placed the flag all the way in, it fit easily into the case. I thought great until flipping it over to the front. You can see the strip of wood holding in the plexiglass. No worries I’ll adjust the flag. Repeated attempts to get the flag flush against the plexiglass resulted in the same issue. The strip showing. It’s a different color than the case which makes it more noticeable. Sorry about the reflexion in photos … May not be an issue for others, but it bugs me a lot. So I will search for a different case.
