The product I received isn’t the product I asked for. The picture came out blurry/bad quality, it’s sort of cropped, not as I choose, the message I asked for to be apart of the picture isn’t even full it just has a portion of the message, and you can’t even see some of the letters. It’s just not what I asked for or wanted overall. And they don’t want to make a refund, they haven’t got back at me to figure out a way to fix the problem.
