Perfect solution to old blinds

These are perfect to replace old blinds with a more contemporary look. We have 3 windows south facing that are very hot from sunlight. While these cellular blinds block all the heat, with the ability to go top down or bottom up we control the light. The fit was no problem and installation was a breeze! Our only wish is that these were adjustable on both sides, instead of only one. Regardless they worked out fine. As for as long term- no idea. These are as sturdy as the Levolor blinds I have in another room - which I have had 15 yrs. But this will be the first time we have cordless top down. As for value in price - three cost me 240.00. These were the only ones I could find on Amazon that were not considered “custom sizing”. The custom ones were much much more. Some reviews stated the strings show too much on the top down but ours are white and I did not find that to be disruptive. If these last a year in the Texas sun I will be ok with that!
