Great blinds and amazing customer service. We recently built a new house and needed a lot of blinds, they were easy to install and look great. Unfortunately we had one fail that stopped going up, I emailed customer service, they had me send a couple pictures and they immediately saw the problem, for some reason one internal cord broke, they shipped me out a replacement in a day or two and I took all of 3 minutes to swap it out. High Quality Custom Blinds

I am so thrilled with these blinds. Our home has almost 40 windows, including several corner windows that butt up to each other with no separating beam. Our options for window treatments are limited due to the custom design of our home. We purchased three of the beige/black out blinds off Amazon one-at-a-time. They fit perfectly and were so much nicer than our older ones that let light through. Being in Southern California, our home gets very hot in the summer with all of the windows. I subsequently started communicating with Persilux directly and ordered blinds for the remaining windows (36 total). They have been extremely responsive to all of my emails. From the date I ordered to the date they landed on my doorstep was about a week. Each blind was marked with my own coding so I knew exactly which window to place them on. The install process was easy. The quality is excellent. And the individual sizing I ordered for each window fit perfectly.

Super Easy, Super Effective

I only bought one of these initially because I wanted to make sure they worked before I invested the money for all eight windows. At first I put off installing it because I thought it was going to be a PITA. It was SO EASY. It took me 10 minutes tops, and that included finding the ladder and taking the photos for this review. Luckily I was able to use existing screw holes from my previous blinds. But even if I drilled new holes, it would’ve been no problem. The brackets have holes for three screws, but because of the weird way the windows are installed I could only use one screw (directly into wood, not drywall). Even with just one screw per bracket it feels really sturdy. The clips these blinds hang from are of much higher quality than my previous ones. Instead of a piece of metal, they are metal with a sliding piece of plastic that pushes in as you clip on the blind, but pops back out to hold the blind tightly in place.I ordered the white on the outside of the honeycomb with black on the inside. My original blinds were just white double honeycomb. As you can see in the before and after pictures the new ones block much more light. This makes the room darker for sleeping and keeps it cooler in the summer since the windows face directly south.I did not order a custom size because one of the pre-cut in stock sizes fit my windows. If I were to get a custom size, it would’ve cost $100 more! So The pre-cut ones are a really good value for the money, but I don’t know for sure if I would’ve bought this for a custom window.One design improvement I would suggest is that my old blinds had a double honeycomb that undoubtedly insulate better in the winter. These have only a single column of the honeycomb, but I won’t take off a star for that because I knew that when I bought them.I’m definitely going to order seven more!
