The custom measurements made for perfect fit. Delivery was slower than expected no fault of seller. The final carrier was USPS. The hang up was at the Palmetto, Ga. distribution center.We are thoroughly pleased with the shade. It looks great and the window it covers is on the west side of the house that catches afternoon sun. the shade cools the room at least 10 degrees or more. Will buy again for windows on the south side of the house.

I LOVE these blinds and my son and I were able to install them once we figured out how to link the clutch end. The support from ordering by Jessica was amazing and supportive. The delivery was early as they arrived Xmas Eve yet the delivery said 12/27 to 1/3. The company actually emailed me to say the blinds were at my door! I’m going to order for my other window now. Worth every cent as great quality.
Customer service was very helpful in selecting proper options and verifying everything was correct after purchase/before shipment. Perfect to block the direct morning sun that previously made it impossible to sit in my favorite chair in the morning!
