This is just the perfect size for my guest room, it’s not too big but it really gets the wax melted quickly. I love the timer and the 3 different heat settings. It’s very cute and goes great with my decor. Highly recommend.
I love that I can put big candle jars on it as well as small ones. The elegant look it has makes it easy to gaze at. The timer and the heat levels are a plus that other warmers don't have. Love it!
This is cute and works well. It is a little smaller than I thought but that doesn’t seem to be an issue with how it functions.The white with gold looks very sophisticated and the timer is great to set and forget.
This is a cute (hence the two stars), but I received one where the base platform is not seated correctly. It causes the base and the tray for the wax melts to be tilted. From a distance you probably would not notice an issue, but you notice it when get closer. I do not want my guest to think I buy cheap merchandise. I really wanted to like this because of ability to set a shutoff time. I wish they would have had the black and gold one with the timer.This is so frustrating as 95% of my shopping is done online due to being handicap. Returns are difficult for me and by the time I would find someone to go to the mail store for me my 30 days would be up. Not sure I would ask a favor anyway since price is only $20, and favors are precious. Usually, I just remain quiet and just toss toss defective items in the trash, if under $75, and do without.***Update April 22, 2023 *****PALANCHY reached out immediately and offered to send a new wax melt warmer. They were very gracious and helpful. It was obvious that they care about their customers.
Worked ok for a few months. Then stopped working entirely. No contact info for support. Trouble shooting did not apply as there is no reset button. Very disappointed
Love these warmers, especially you can set it on low medium or high. Make sure to unplug it when you shut it off because I noticed the plug does stay a little warm still the next day. It's definitely worth the price. The quality is perfect, it's just bright enough for nighttime while you're relaxing. The scent is amazing if you order the right wax! The size is a little smaller than I thought but still perfect and beautiful!
It is very pretty. It melts the wax with no problems. I like the timer. I hadn't got one before as I was afraid I'll forget to turn it off. The different heat levels are nice, too. I would recommend this product.
