To be honest, these curtains exceeded my expectations! They were a good price and I ordered 3 of the pink and 2 of the grey for my room. I was not seeking total blackout, I like natural light. White blocks TX sunshine and heat the best and allows enough light in that I don't need to turn on the lights during the day. Saving energy in two ways is great!I've seen several reviews with pics stating the curtains didn't block light sufficiently, and they have one panel on the window, lol, of course it's not going to block light. I have six panels on the large window over the couch, four behind the dresser and two on the smaller corner window.These are beautiful curtains that work as advertised, highly recommend!!
