This was the perfect solution to the morning sun coming into the bedroom in the mornings, heating the room up by 5 degrees or so, and shining directly in my eyes while I'm still in bed. Yes, I'M RETIRED! ;) The black-out feature works perfectly. They were easy to attach to the existing curtains, and best of all...they were not an expensive solution to my problem.
These work great and were so easy to put behind my curtains! What a difference they make keeping out the light and heat from the sun! I’m sure they’ll help keep the room warmer in the winter as well. The quality seems nice as well.
These curtains are fullfilling my need to darken the bedroom. They are very light weight compared to the other blackout curtains I have which is a plus. The rings that are included worked perfectly for me to adapt them to hang off the back of my current curtains. However, I hate that they are gray as I am using them behind white linen curtains and they peak out a little on the sides, hence 4 stars instead of 5.
Worked perfectly as the curtains were sheer and light blocking was needed. great add on.
Really nice fabric, darkens well yet fairly lightweight. Easy to install and fits well under curtain panels. Only problem I had was unlocking the metal rings because some are so tight that I had to use pliers. A minor issue once it was figured out. Good product.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these blackout curtain liners! Easy to install behind my existing curtains and the thickness results in 100% blackout effect and a marked temperature reduction! So affordable, and because I'm able to use my existing curtains, they don't stick out like a sore thumb! Great quality, perfect size, and insulation is on point! Using these has reduced our den temperature which was my main goal. I'm sure they'll be equally effective during the cold winter months.
We have a really large window that lets in such a glare for our tv that makes it hard to see. We bought some really nice curtains for the room a while back but they were too thing but looked great. We for these and put on behind those and it worked perfectly for blocking light. It’s also been great helping block out some of the cold during this crazy cold winter.
