Very pretty carpet ! My kitty loves to roll around on my new fancy rug ! The color scheme looks warmer in bright daylight and looks cooler in dim, evening lamp light. Nice quality. Looks very elegant and stylish.
I haven't had this rug long so I can't speak to it's durability, but it seems very well made and of quality material. I hope it maintains well because this is a beautiful rug and has a very intricate design on it. I love the colors incorporated as it's not a combination I've seen often. I'm very pleased with it and don't expect that will change. I'm using this in my daughter's room, but plan on going to this seller to find one for my son as well in the near future.
I love the pattern, colors and softness of this carpet. This isn't a plush carpet but it has a nice feel. My granddaughter was rolling around on it right after putting it down. I have this in a basement on concrete so I had to get a pad under it. It's lovely and I love it.
I have had to toss out thousands of dollars in area rugs over the years, as I foster and adopt Rescue dogs that are often not house trained. We get there eventually, but in the process the rugs often take a hit. These poly rugs are both affordable and more importantly, unlike absorbent natural fibers, they repel liquid. It's easy to spray them with FOLEX after placing a multilayer folded towel underneath to keep the liquids off the floor. You'll remove most odors. And once a year take it outside (driveways work well!) and hose it mightily, then after sun-drying follow-up with some white vinegar and air out until the vinegar odor recedes.. No more dumping them. Sure, one day a thick, wool or silk high-end rug would be delish, but for now, my devotion to Rescue takes precident, and poly rugs makes it possible to get a nice look and not go broke with replacements. This one in particular is a beauty. I had found it a year earlier on a Rug speciality site, but it sold out before I could grab one. A year later it showed up here on Amazon. I was so thrilled.
Honestly blown away at how nice this rug is for the price. Pictures truly do not do it justice and I wish you could see it through the screen but the stock photos are pretty accurate. The colors go from more bright to muted depending on the lighting. It is not flimsy but is a thinner rug. You may need rug tape for the corners or maybe a mat if you’d like, but they are not curling up super crazy and this is also not a deal breaker for me as well as I find this pretty standard with rugs. I’m very happy with this purchase. The colors are great to work with decor for my bachelorette pad.Update: the corners are flat now without any tape. I’m still going to get a Matt underneath just for support when we move our furniture around :)
The rug arrived on time and looks exactly like the photo. The colors and design are just what I was hoping for.One thing to note: it doesn't have a non-slip backing, so I recommend using a rug pad or gripper underneath to keep it in place, especially on hardwood or tile floors.Overall, a great purchase!
I was a bit nervous ordering such a big rug from Amazon, but it was worth it! I added this to my little girl’s nursery and it was such a sweet addition!It’s very busy and full of color, so know that it is definitely the “show piece” of the room. However, you can play around it and have softer decor in place to make it work very well.For a second, I though it may be bordering a little “grown”, but altogether it truly is a sweet statement piece that should grow with her for years to come.Now, it does have that strong factory smell so be sure to order it weeks in advance and open a window for a few days. It is wrapped VERY well, so I’m certain it was straight from the factory which is probably why the smell is so strong. It does go away after a few weeks, but I do recommend using baking powered carpet cleaner to neutralize a bit.Otherwise, nice and heavy pretty rug.
