I Cannot Say Enough Good Things about this Rug

Oml! I cannot say enough good things about this rug!I've been needing a new rug, since my cat ruined our old cheap one. I love colorful things, and I like to change things up, but for years now, I almost always buy neutral colors to decorate with because if I buy neutral, then I can use any color in the house when I want to change things up.Anyway, I was looking at rugs, and this one popped up. I just absolutely loved it, and I've honestly been wanting to add some colors in my house because everything is so neutral. I do have a light blue color with my neutral colors, but that's mostly because the pictures I have hanging is a bluish dress my DD is wearing. I viewed it in my living room before making any decisions, and just by doing that it went really well with everything....I figured I'd order it, and if I didn't like it inside my house, I'd just throw it in our skoolie because it would match in there perfectly.I recieved this rug literally like 15 minutes ago lol. I immediately rolled up my little old ruined $30 rug, and opened this one. I spread it out, and oml it is absolutely gorgeous. It looks so well with my floors and couches. It has many different colors in it, which I love. It has the blues in it that goes so well the photos I have hanging. It's soft, thick, and looks very high end. It seems like it will be easy to clean, but I don't know that for sure yet! My cat won't be destroying this one as we are in the process of building her her very own catio, heated house and all!I will update with pictures later. Right now, I have books laying on the corners to flatten them, and my LO's toys are laying everywhere because well his favorite thing is messing up the house! I'm so excited about this rug, and I seriously cannot say enough good things about it. If you're considering getting this rug, I highly recommend you use the "view in room" tool, and decide from there. If you're anything like me, you won't regret it!!!

Best Bang for Buck

Currently writing this review after a year of use. The value of this rug cannot be beat, especially with free shipping. I have the Nourison rug in the bedroom, and it perfectly surrounds my queen bed with the perimeter design.Looks:This rug looks true to the pictures IRL. I was expecting it to have some variation in tones, but mine looks exactly like the picture. The design is beautiful bohemian cool-tones with little pops of color. Definitely adds vibrance to the room without being loud or overbearing. Although the design is not as crisp as you would expect an $X,000 rug to look, it still looks of quality.Durability:This rug stood up to everything I've put it through. Being in the bedroom, foot traffic is not as frequent, but I do have a dog who loves to rub against it and sometimes tries to burrow into it digging with her paws. There has been NO fraying or signs of wear AT ALL. Also, I run the Roomba daily (one of the reasons I got this rug was the low pile Roomba goes over it easily). Even with daily vacuuming, the rug looks great.Last comments:It did take a day or two for the rug to relax and lay flat, but once it has had some time to settle in, it will be fine. I would 100% purchase this rug or another from Nourison again. I repeat, the value is amazing for what you are getting.

Decent quality, vivid colors

I like this rug (good quality for the price) but I am not in love (up close the colors appear more garish). Some folks called the rug thin but I would say it's not as thin as other low cost rugs I have purchased. It lies flat, vacuums well and is soft (but needs a rug pad in my opinion). I bought the fuschia 5' x7' rug and the colors are accurate to the photo and are very bright. Up close, the deliberate "distressing" looks crude and simply looks like a poor printing job. The rug, in my opinion, looks better at a distance.

Perfect for our space! Colors duller than photos

My roommates and I bought this rug in fuchsia, size 8x10 for our first apartment. It is fun and will play nicely in the mid century modern, boho, maximalist living room we're hoping to create.One thing to note is that the colors are a bit more muted than they appear on many of the photos. The photo of the rug laid flat with the chair, side table, and plant and the detail shot of the scrunched up rug are the most accurate in my opinion.The price fluctuates widely on this rug, so if you think this is the one for you, I would recommend that you check back frequently and perhaps use an app like Honey. I bought this rug for $107, which was the lowest I've seen it.This rug is very thin and its backing may be slippery. I would recommend that you use a felt rug pad to keep from sliding, protect your floor, and add a little cushion and sound-damping power!Overall, it's a great price for a fun rug!
