I bought these to hold a small rod. These are heavy duty and meant to hold a pretty big one and it will not fall down. It rachets down on the rid so it won't pop out. Doesn't go down far enough for smalls. The adhesive is very, very strong. I have learned that using a hair dryer to heat the silicone a little will make removing it easier. I think it's worth the money.
Very effective and very attractively invisible curtain rod holders! I'll be buying more of these because they are so easy to install and easy to use.
Major disappointment and doesn't hold up longer than a few hours. The curtain rod being held had no curtains on it and was slender and light...🙄 They all fell overnight damaging my drywall. One even left a HOLE!!! How did they fall yet do such damage?! I am now returning the day after receiving. 8 failed brackets with drywall on them! Avoid purchasing to save yourself from being inconvenienced.
These have been up in my bedroom for over a year now and have never fallen. So sturdy and stylish. Perfect for my apartment where I prefer not to drill or mount things
3 1/2 stars. These brackets worked well for hanging my curtains. They were easy to hang, and they do come off easily to reposition-use a hairdryer and they come off without taking the paint. I like that they’re clear and pretty unobtrusive. My one thing is that I wish they were wider-they don’t stick out as far as I hoped, so my curtains don’t hang quite like I wanted. Still, they’re better than screws in the wall.
