I’ve had these beautiful shades for a year now and can confirm that they were a great purchase. The measurements were perfect, and they sit snug in my bay window. We open and close them daily and they’ve never fallen. We got a blackout one for the main window, it helps to keep the room cool in the summer. We got the light filtering ones for the two smaller sides of the bay window and they do just that! You can’t see into the home from the outside even at night with lights on which is great for privacy. Overall a very satisfied with this purchase, super simple installation and the perfect material for our needs. Highly recommend! Tip: make sure you measure your window casing correctly according to their instructions to ensure the right fit for your window.

EXCELLENT product! EXCELLENT customer service!

I have been working on remodeling our master bedroom to bring it into the current century (don;t ask.. it's been a project! lol) & was looking for updated window treatments that provided both privacy from nearby nosy neighbors as well as blackout light function for my 2nd shift working hubster. Stumbled upon these and GLORY HALLELUJAH I am AMAZED!!!!! Quite possibly *the best* Amazon shopping experience I have ever had in this space. And I am very tough to impress!I ordered the "no drill" Roman shades specifically because our home was built in 1957 with solid plaster walls and I did not want to get involved in drilling holes into that hot mess. I did not know until I found these that a "no drill" tension rod option was even a thing for Roman shades so I was thrilled to have found these shades.They arrived on time as promised- despite me being one of "those" customers (I'll explain.. keep reading...). They arrived well packaged in sealed plastic sleeves, bubble wrapped, AND in a very sturdy cardboard box to boot.The shades themselves are very well constructed. Not in the least bit chincy. The fabric is a really nice weight and of a better quality than I expected at this price point. The frame is steel but the inner springs are plastic, so I hope these hold up to all the "shade action" with regard to tension over time.Installation truly is a snap, but I am having issues with them sliding and not tightening enough tension against my window sills, a tech issue I am currently working with the seller on resolving (I'll post an update on this in the future.) Here is where I can speak into customer service. Which was...... EXCELLENT!I had concerns a couple of times about measurements for my inside mounted shades. The seller was fabulous is assisting with directions about measurements (both for the shade as well as the sill size required) and checked with me several times to confirm my window's measurements before sending them to production. I appreciated that the Sulugood took the time to be sure my shades were properly made and measurements were accurate.Which brings me to me being "that customer"... LOLThe first confirmation I received of my order had incorrect measurements that I did not provide-- and at the same time I received a message that the shades had already been shipped. I somewhat freaked out and immediately contacted Sulugood customer service through Amazon messaging. They were **very** responsive- I received a return message within an hour! A few days later I switched palette colors for my bedroom project and wanted to change my order from beige blackout to the gray-white. I messaged to inquire about the status of my order and if it was possible to change the color. Again, a **very** responsive message in return! Luckily, I caught my order just in time before production and they were very flexible in doing so (LITERALLY at the very last second!) and went on to explain it might take longer to receive my order which, of course, I understood and agreed to. Given all of that, these blinds STILL made it here on the ORIGINAL delivery time line- very impressed.I appreciated to honest and responsive communication from this company-- something that is hard to come by in this arena. The quality of these Roman shades is impressive at this price point and I would HIGHLY recommend working with and ordering from this seller. If I decide to order Roman shades for future remodeling projects I will very confidentally order from Sulugood again.

Cheap design. Not made to last.

Pros: easy to set up, no drill, customizable sizeCons: Cheaply made and not designed to last. The top of the shade that it attaches to is an adhesive. The shade has fallen 4 times since purchased in January 2025. The first time it fell the seller told us to use a hair dryer to allow for the adhesive to stick better. Clearly it did not work.Conclusion: I cannot and do not recommend this item especially if you plan to cover a large window. The adhesive will not last and the shade will fall and rip off like ours did.
