got this on sale despite no reviews at the time of purchase.i have a cat tree next to a window and my cats kept ramming their heads through my cheap walmart blinds and breaking the slats. i guess i could move the cat tree to prevent this but i dont feel like it. i left the old installation brackets for the walmart blinds in case this top down blinds dont work.it was easy to install. it came with two sets of instructions. one seemed to be for all their blind product line. the other was a simplified set of instructions.
