These are truly amazing. Just make sure you dont want to move it. The sticky does not come off without causing damage. My 1st order were the clear ones. You cant notice them so its nice. Really just see the decorative end cap to your bar.
Really like these, but would recommend using the enclosed screws. All but one of mine came down, so I'm now putting them back up using the adhesive to hold them in place while putting the screws in. They look good, though, and are super easy to use. When I need more, I will choose these again.
So I bought several of these for five windows. I started with the smallest one first as a test... to make sure they worked before installing the rest. I followed the directions and put the first windows' brackets on the wall, let the adhesive set for a full day before adding the weight of a rod and curtains, and then hung a set of two 30"x54" curtains. They were beautiful and so easy!Unfortunately, during the night, the rod fell down. Two small curtains were too much weight for the brackets, even though they were less than half of the advertised maximum weight the brackets would support.That said, I did find the brackets had value. I have always struggled with attaching brackets to the wall while holding them with one hand, hammering or drilling with another, and balancing on a ladder. The adhesive backing allows you a lot of freedom to install anchor screws or nails, without fear of taking a tumble.While I do not feel that they performed as advertised, I did find value in them.
So far so good. Day two and all is still in place, holding in place . I will say to make sure you have it in the proper place. I had to move one and it was stuck on securely after two to three minutes. It did take some paint off the wall. My fault though.
So disappointing they do not stay on wall have had to re glue a few times will have to go back to regular rods
I wanted these so I could avoid putting holes in my walls for my tiny curtain rods. They went up great. But a few times of opening and closing the curtains and they fell off the wall.
I purchased these for my sons for their Birthdays and they will be very pleased with them as they do a lot of work on pickups and garage work!! They will have a moveable light for any where!!
