Absolute beautiful curtains
These curtains arrived in clear plastic packaging, so the contents were visible upon delivery. The fabric has a beautiful buttery velvet feel on the front with a slight sheen on the back. They provide true blackout coverage and feature standard grommet tops that are easy to hang. The weight is well-balanced — not overly heavy, but substantial enough to hang nicely. The emerald green color is especially striking, looking rich and elegant in both bright and low light. Overall, I’m very pleased with the material quality, appearance, and value. Absolutely love these curtains and highly recommend them.

I love these curtains. Quality soft velvet. They do pretty well blocking out the light by themselves, Not 100% black out but pretty close. I have them on a partly sunny window (not direct sun) and they seem to block out like 85%/ 90% of the light. This would probably be less if I had them on a sunny (direct sunlight) window. I doubled them up with some older blackout curtains for additional blackout from the sun and to help with the window draft for the winter time. Easy to put up with the rings. No wrinkles.

Good quality, soft velvet material, not totally light blocking.
I bought these curtains awhile back as I was looking for something to use in my living room where we spend most of our viewing time. It was my intention to create a darker room to enhance movie /TV time. It’s also great for the coming holidays ( Christmas-Valentine’s day!)The curtains came neatly packed. They have soft, plush, velvet feel. It is thick enough to block light however the pictures clearly shows it is not a total blackout curtain. I even doubled a light dark shade curtain underneath. They have a weight to them so it falls nicely to the floor. The color is exactly what I wanted-deep red wine, not Burgundy.I am pleased how the sheer curtain blended so well with it.

Excellent Value and Appearance
I ordered these in brown for my room, originally, which has a bit of a green witch vibe to it with tones of emerald, lavender, and navy predominantly.The velvet adds great texture to the room's aesthetics, and it also serves as a fantastic insulator on my historical single pane windows. No more draft! As a bonus, unless the sun is setting directly into them, they are fully light blocking. When the sun is setting into them, they turn a bit of a glowy red. I don't typically sleep while the sun is up, but when I have opted for a nap or a dark room for a migraine, this hasn't been a deterrent as it doesn't cast through into the room.I liked these so much, I ordered another brown set for my bedroom in my RV and took off the stock shades.I combined this with a (natural colored) linen curtain underneath, and (white) embroidered sheers under that within the house, less the sheers in the RV, allowing varied levels of light and privacy. I always order curtains sized from floor to ceiling, with the rod hung to allow six inches or so to either side of the actual window, or more on one side to center on a wall if needed. This assists in that whole "no more drafts!" piece as well as the blackout aspect, and does not restrict the view if I have them fully open.Once I sorted that out, I ordered two of the rose colored sets and hung them as partitions in the RV, separating the master bedroom from the bunk/bathroom area, and the bunk/bathroom area from the main living area. It's been a fantastic solution to allow sectional heating & cooling, as well as additional privacy when there are guests.
