Love these curtains and they are thick enough to block out the light and are as pictured as far as the color and quality. Very soft, and look great behind my Murphy bed to elevate the space.
I love these curtains. They are good quality, thick and heavy they’re beautiful. Also, you can’t really tell from the photo I posted because I have them pinched together so that they could form PLEATS but when they are undone, they look beautiful and they black out the light

These beautiful curtains actually block out a significant amount of light. I only ordered one set, and it effectively blocked most of the light. However, I decided to purchase another set to enhance their appearance. I’m confident that getting another set will further improve their light-blocking capabilities. They are undoubtedly worth the price, and they are incredibly soft.***My room still appears quite dark, even though I only have one set of curtains at the moment (look at photo).***
Love these curtains. I used them as a shower curtain to add to the vibes and it really just brought what i needed out of the bathroom.
As someone who has ordered quite a few sets of these velvet curtains from around Amazon over the last few years, I can tell you: There's nothing particularly special about these. If you like the color and the price, and you can't find the color or size you need elsewhere or at a better price, get 'em. There is nothing to set these curtains apart from the others with a "blackout" lining (more on that later) and they are priced in the same range, too, so there's not even an incentive there. I see no reason to get these over others with the same type of lining (look for the gray or the ones that are the same color but look like double-ply fabric). They aren't truly blackout, but they are soft and somewhat on the heavier side for curtains like these. That's because of the lining. If you want truly thermal and truly blackout, look for the curtains that say "100% blackout," otherwise, you will get curtains like these that basically rely on the color of the fabric to block light. (To be fair, the color and size selection of 100% blackout is more limited, so you'll have to be flexible). If, like me with this purchase, you don't need the blackout quality because of where your windows are, then it won't matter -- just get what you like that fits your budget and style needs.When I ordered these, they were $42 with a discount. Then, later, they were at a discounted list price of $30 for a pair (not a strike-through price, the actual price-price). I liked these at that price so much, I had in my cart 4 sets in various colors to buy. I was so thrilled at the deal, I even had a pair of red ones for a hall window just for Christmas. Overnight (or not much after), the price jumped to $42 a set. You can guess what I did... after hunting around a bit, I found 4 sets of velvet curtains like these for $17/pair. That's why I say shop around. If you do land on these for good, know that the product is decent; I have no complaints, and I love the sheen on the velvet. It's very pretty (as is this color -- like mauve with just a touch of spice to avoid it being too sweety-pie looking). Recommend with caveats.
These hang very well and are soft. Color is beautiful. Not super heavy so they are easy to slide on the rod. This dark color also gives privacy and blocks light. The price is fantastic.
