Satin / silky material and mostly light blocking
Great quality, especially considering the price tag. It came to $15 per 84 inch panel.The online photos and depiction are very accurate. That was something I was struggling with in ordering other curtains online. . The color is truly a dark toffee. It is a very deep brown color.The material is sheer and satin or silk like. It is not a regular fabric like material. I prefer curtains with a sheen to them as I think it makes them look dressier and shopping for curtains online it was hard to tell us. These are perfect in terms of the amount of sheen they have to them.Extremely easy to iron. it took me approximately 15 minutes per panel to iron.They are not 100% light blocking. As their website says they are 95% lite blocking. I would say that is very accurate. We get a great deal of direct sun in this room and it still works perfectly.I have now ordered three more packages of these to put in a another guest bedroom

Great Texture and Quality Materials
These curtains are more like drapes. They aren't lined, but the quality of them would make you think otherwise. I bought them to try and keep the cold out and they did not disappoint. They are thick curtains made of some quality material. They are fairly easy to iron and look very elegant up. I've only purchased the beige curtains. They do not filter light in unless the light is quite strong like a spotlight. They can be used to keep sunlight out to keep your room cooler or keep the cold out. I have gotten them in different lengths for both sliders, large windows, glass doors, and smaller windows. They have a very large selection. I have metal tiebacks that I use for each window and they sit in there nicely. Living in the Northeast I can tell you it gets quite cold. This summer we closed the drapes on the extremely hot days and our newly build log cabin style house felt like we had air conditioning. People were shocked that we didn't. I highly recommend these drapes.There isn't anything that I do not like about these drapes.

Not blackout
These curtains are described as blackout (curtain A). I purchased this type of blackout curtains from this seller over the last 6 years, for 15 different windows and they seemed to do a good job of blocking the light. This year - no such good experience. These curtains are room darkening, not blackout. Curtain B, for comparison, is a blackout curtain from another seller and they really do block the light. Curtain C is a different kind of curtain from this seller and is described as “room darkening”. I had to return them because they’re supposed to block the heat and to the contrary, they seem to conduct the heat. Also, 84” curtains from two other sellers were an inch longer, which made me measure these curtains and find that they are actually 83”. The edges are always shorter than the center of the curtain and sticking up. Price wise, they’re close. Not sure if this was an honest mistake or the seller is cutting corners now. I was able to use these for a living room since no blackout is required there and color worked. This was my go to seller over the years but this experience made me realize I need to check out the competition. I fell in love with the velvet curtains from competition.

Put these drapes in the Fantastic Amazon Find category!! Each panel is 70 inches wide by 84 inches long. The package includes 2 panels for the really fantastic price of about 25 dollars. This should be the "new normal" for curtain panels. The fuller the better is my opinion. I was getting by with 2 of the standard 54 inch panels on my 60 inch picture window. They were fine for when they were open, but when they were closed, the draping was uneven and the sides or center lacked coverage. I just hate when the sheers beneath stick out the sides. So sometimes I added another set of 2 panels for 4 in total, to get a fuller look and even coverage when closed. But the seams and separations in a 4 panel window treatment was so annoying. These are perfect. Please note that they do not include any tie-backs like many panel sets do. There were the usual packaging creases and wrinkles, but I have a clothing steamer and that did the trick. I was advised by a drycleaner not to wash packaged drapes before hanging because manufacturers treat the fabric with an anti-wrinkle agent. If that gets washed out before all the wrinkles are removed, you may never get all the wrinkles out. I hung them right out of the package and ran the steamer over all those creases. They look crisp, hang nicely, and are even across the bottom, sides and top. I ordered the green color which is not quite as bright as pictured. I was actually hoping the green would be even brighter, but they still look great with our abstract-patterned carpeting. The shade of this green color will also work year-round, which is a bonus because I am so sick of the seasonal drape decisions, purchases, and window work. Also of note, these drapes are really, really good at room darkening. The fabric is very thick and opaque. This may not be what you want in the summer months, depending on placement and lifestyle. We have had many sets of curtains and drapes in this fabric. It is also very insulating in the winter. It has been a godsend for our drafty doorwall. I would actually like more light let in, but the tradeoff would be the nosey neighbors getting an eyefull of what really goes on over here. Sorry I didn't post a picture, but I am waiting on magnetic curtain tie-backs. Right now I'm using mismatched old neckties and I don't really want to put that out there in perpetuity.

Great curtains at a low price!
I bought two sets of these, for our bedroom windows. I wouldn't say the are completely "blackout", but they definitely darken the room more than enough. Only a small amount of light makes it through the curtains.Otherwise, they're fantastic. They were just the right size, and a great compliment to the dark green color of our walls
