Faux Wool

I was really hoping that this would be real wool as advertised. But its a thin layer of real hide on the bottom attached to a canvas like backing with synthetic fibers woven into it. One thing that gave it away as possible not being real wool is in the description as followed. Our sheepskin are sourced directly from New Zealand and Icelandic lambskins, which means they are made from 100% genuine sheepskin wool fibers. Dyeing and processing of our rugs happen in China.So you have to ask yourself if you have a real sheepskin wool why would you need to export processing to China? Overall the synthetic fibers are soft and that might be fine for many folks but if i am paying premium price for real wool as the product advertises then I expect real wool. Amazon Please investigate this false advertisement. I did send this item back to amazon for full refund and found a real fur sheepskin rug after doing a lot of research. There is a big difference.

WHEN I BOUGHT A NEW CAR THIS WINTER, I DISCOVERED THAT NISSAN ONLY INCLUDES SEAT HEATERS IN LEATHER SEATS, & I PREFER CLOTH. MY SOLUTION WAS TO PUT THE NATURAL SHEEPSKINS ON THE FRONT SEATS, SINCE WOOL IS AN INSTANT REFLECTION/STORAGE OF BODY HEAT. LOVE THEM.
